The volume of new warehouse space set to be introduced to Kyiv's real estate market in 2025 is projected at 250,000 sq. m, with around 55% of future project pre-leases already secured, according to a report by CBRE Ukraine. The report indicates that 87% of the upcoming logistics space will be speculative, while 13% will be developed for owner-occupier needs.
