Ukraine slaps sanctions on Tatneft to recover oil refining assets Journal Staff Report
The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has decided to apply a sanction in the form of recovering to the state the assets of PJSC Tatneft named after V.D. Shashin - one of the largest Russian oil companies in terms of production and processing, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine reported. "The HACC decided to apply to PJSC Tatneft named after V.D. Shashin the sanction provided for in Clause 1-1 of Part 1 of Article 4 of the law of Ukraine on sanctions," the message on the website of the department says on Thursday.
