KIEV, May 20 – If the 2015 presidential election in Ukraine was scheduled for next Sunday, 16% of Ukrainians would vote for incumbent President Viktor Yanukovych and 16% for UDAR Party leader Vitali Klitschko, according to a survey conducted by GfK Ukraine.
The company said that 9% respondents would vote for ex-Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko; 5% for Oleh Tiahnybok, head of the Svoboda All-Ukrainian Association; 3% for Batkivschyna parliamentary faction leader Arseniy Yatseniuk, and 3% for Communist Party leader Petro Symonenko, unchanged since the poll was last conducted in March.
At the same time, 18% respondents said they would vote against all candidates, 16% would ignore the election, and 15% refused to answer the question.
