The WIG-Ukraine index of Ukrainian shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) jumped by 9.36% on Thursday, shares of Ferrexpo and MHP on the London Stock Exchange rose in price by 17.8% and 8.8%, respectively, and both sovereign Ukrainian bonds and corporate ones are also growing in price, which market participants associate with the latest news of progress towards a ceasefire in the Ukrainian-Russian war.
