The sharp increase in mineral prices could paralyse the subsoil use sector in 2025, according to representative of the European Business Association (EBA). They once again emphasis the shortcomings in the approach to determining prices for units of commercial products produced by mining enterprises. According to experts, the sharp rise in mineral prices published for Q3 2024 has effectively halted the acquisition of new special subsoil use permits via auctions.
