Producers of green electricity within the balancing group of Guaranteed Buyer ended 2024 with approximately 20% underfunding, according to updated data on the company's website. The payment level for 2024 was 79.6%, 16% less than the 95.3% in 2023. Payments for 2022 were at 62.2%. Guaranteed Buyer reported that UAH 39.4 billion was paid for electricity generated in 2024, leaving a debt of nearly UAH 10 billion to renewable energy producers.
