In 2024, electricity imports in Ukraine reached nearly 4.5 million MWh, the highest level since 2014. At the same time, exports dropped to a historic low of around 350,000 MWh, according to the Ukrainian energy and climate think tank DiXi Group, citing data from the Energy Map open data portal.
