EBRD sees demining of farming land in Ukraine as key financial issue Journal Staff Report
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) considers demining of agricultural land in Ukraine to be an important financial issue that it is ready to address in the coming years, Artem Shevalev, a member of the EBRD Board of Directors, said on Tuesday at the agricultural session of the project Your country first – Win with us, organized by the Pinchuk Foundation on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos. "We are talking about financing not only farmers, but also companies involved in demining," Shevalev noted.
