KIEV, May 8 – The TVi television channel has to become a channel of full value, and not exclusively political, according to television producer Mykhailo Krupiyevsky, who has decided to return to the position of TVi's deputy development director.

"We will have a transition stage for three or four months to pass from 'spoken television' to full format, and in September we are planning a full start of a new season and we will start to fight for ratings, as they are minimal now. We are planning to become a channel of full value. Of course, we won't be like Inter or 1+1, but we will definitely become a channel like Novy, or ICTV," he said in an interview with the Komsomolskaya Pravda v Ukraine newspaper.
