In 2024, the revenue of Ukrainian foodservice establishments grew by 10% compared to 2023, with the average receipt increasing by 17% due to rising prices. However, overall attendance declined by 3%, attributed to economic uncertainty and increased mobilization, reported Rodion Yeroshek, CEO of Poster POS. "It was a mixed year. The first half was more successful than the second, year over year. In the second half, attendance fell by 7% compared to the same period in 2023,” Yeroshek wrote on Telegram.
