KIEV, April 29 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny, with the liberalization of the Ukrainian gas market, expects that the holding will obtain the top-priority right to buy gas on the open market, Naftogaz CEO Yevhen Bakulin wrote in his blog on Ekonomichna Prvada.

"Today any interested person and any company can use the opportunities of the open gas supply market. However, taking into account the specifics of the social function of Naftogaz Ukrayiny, we should have the top-priority right to use the new conditions of the market operation," he said.
