KIEV, Oct. 31 ??“ Former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko??™s party will hold a rally in front of Parliament on Tuesday demanding the government direct $4.8 bln in proceeds from Kryvorizhstal steel mill selloff on social spending.

This is the first rally to be organized by Tymoshenko since her dismissal on Sept. 8, which underscores her shift towards opposition to President Viktor Yushchenko.
