The EU Council has approved the 15th package of economic and individual restrictive measures to further limit Russia's capacity to continue its illegal, unprovoked, and unjustified war of aggression against Ukraine. The decision was adopted on Monday, as announced by the EU Council's press service. "These measures are designed to address the circumvention of EU sanctions through targeting of Putin's shadow fleet and weaken Russia's military and industrial complex," the Council said.
