KIEV, April 25 – One of the largest media companies in Ukraine, UMH Group, the majority shareholder of which is Borys Lozhkin, has executed an option to buy 50% of the shares of lawmaker Petro Poroshenko in joint projects Nashe Radio and KP Media.

"After the execution of the option UMH Group will be the only owner of the Korrespondent, Korrespondent.net, Nashe Radio projects and UnitedOnlineVentures holding of portals," reads a report of UMH Group issued on Wednesday.
