BRUSSELS, April 24 – The fulfillment by Kiev of those of its obligations necessary to achieve the signing of the Association Agreement with the European Union demonstrates Ukraine's commitment, but still there are unsettled issues that have to be tackled, EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule has said.

His statement was distributed in Brussels on Wednesday following his meeting with National Security and Defense Council Secretary Andriy Kliuyev.
