Shopping malls and consumers have adapted to wartime challenges, resulting in growing visitor numbers and sales, representatives of retail centers reported at the RAU Summit 2024 on Wednesday. According to Maksym Havriushyn, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Budhouse Group, three of the company's four malls are operational: Lubava Mall (Cherkasy), Forum Mall (Lviv), and Nikolsky Mall (Kharkiv). The Fabrika Mall in Kherson has not yet been restored.
