The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) is preparing to implement a new benchmark: the reference exchange rate of the hryvnia to the euro as of 12:00. This rate will be calculated by multiplying the U.S. dollar reference exchange rate by the average BFIX USD/EUR quote values calculated from 10:30 to 12:00.
