BRUSSELS, April 19 - The European Union cannot now name the date when a decision can be made on the signing of the Association Agreement with Ukraine, a senior EU official told reporters in Brussels on Friday, ahead of a meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council, which will be held in Luxembourg on Monday.

Among the issues put on the agenda of the foreign ministerial meeting are preparations for a meeting of the foreign ministers of the Eastern Partnership states in Brussels in July and the summit in Vilnius in November.
