A shortage of personnel is observed in all areas and, according to surveys, this is the main problem of business now, said Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Tetiana Berezhna. "You spoke about figures and forecasts, and I am sure that many of those present in this room have heard about 8.6 million additional workers, as the International Labor Organization reported to us as a result of its study. The Ministry of Economy conducted a separate study, and we found that we need 4.5 million additional workers," she said at Kyiv International Economic Forum (KIEF) on Thursday.
