KIEV, April 17 – Shell's staff for the development of the Yuzovska deposit (Kharkiv and Donetsk regions) will be at least 60% Ukrainian, company manager for government relations Oleksiy Tatarenko said at a panel discussion at Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday.
