In the fourth quarter of 2024, business confidence in Ukraine's construction market improved by 6.3 percentage points (p.p.) compared to the previous quarter, reaching "minus" 40.5%, according to the State Statistics Service. A recent survey by the agency among construction companies indicated a slight improvement in order volume assessments, with a 1 p.p. increase to "minus" 54%. In total, 57% of companies rated their current order volume as insufficient, while 41% deemed it satisfactory for the season.
