Japan’s development agency helps Ukraine launch construction waste recycling Journal Staff Report
In Borodianka, Kyiv region, with the help of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), recycling of construction waste generated as a result of Russian armed aggression will be launched in November, First Deputy Chairman of Kyiv Regional Administration Mykola Boiko told Interfax-Ukraine. "In Kyiv region, as a result of military operations and constant attacks by the enemy, there are now about 4,000 destroyed objects that need to be completely dismantled and subsequently restored," Boiko said.
