The system of medical and social expert commissions (MSEC) should be liquidated, however full digitalization of the procedure of issuing disability certificates should be carried in order to implement systemic changes, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said Tuesday. "There are hundreds of cases of customs, tax service, Pension Fund, local administration officials having unjustified disability certificates. All of them should be carefully and quickly handled," he said in an evening video address.
