KIEV, April 12 – A controversial session the Regions Party and its allies held outside Parliament earlier this month and which opposition groups called “unconstitutional“ was ruled to be valid by a court on Friday.

The ruling by the Supreme Administrative Court opens way for President Viktor Yanukovych to sign 20 bills – including allocation of billions of hryvnias within the government - that had been approved at this session.
