The hryvnia remains the only legal tender in Ukraine, and this is a fundamental position of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), while cryptocurrency is not considered legal tender. The market for virtual assets requires legislative regulation, stated the NBU Governor, Andriy Pyshnyy.
