KIEV, April 10 - Investigators have blamed crew error for a plane crash in eastern Ukraine in February that killed five people, Xinhua reported.

Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Vilkul said Wednesday the probe found an error by the plane's inexperienced crew caused a loss of airspeed during landing in bad weather, resulting in the tragedy.

Ukrainian authorities have grounded South Airlines, which operated the plane.
