KIEV, April 8 – Dmytro Firtash's Group DF plans to invest $300 million in building a new titanium dioxide production facility with an annual capacity of 80,000 tons (with the possibility of expanding it to 120,000 tons a year) at Crimea Titan (Armiansk, Crimea) by 2015, the group reported.

"The existing production facilities will be expanded to 120,000 tons, which will allow the company to more than double its share of the global market," reads the report.
