The trend of rising energy costs and planned increases in rail freight tariffs make it increasingly difficult for Ukraine's mining and metallurgical companies to compete on the global market, warned Oleksandr Kalenkov, president of the Ukrmetalurgprom association, at the second annual forum "Ukrainian Exports – Is the Window Opening?" organized by Ekonomichna Pravda.
