KIEV, April 3 – The city of Kiev doesn't expect any problems in connection with spring floods on the rivers, according to Oleksandr Popov, the head of Kiev City State Administration.

"I think there will be no flooding in Kiev," he told reporters on Wednesday during a visiting meeting on underwater siphons used to pump sewage from the right bank of the Dnipro in Kiev to the Bortnychi sewage treatment facility, which is located on the left bank.
