KIEV, April 3 – Ukrtransnafta, a monopolist in oil transportation in Ukraine, has proposed that VETEK Group supply crude oil to Odessa Oil Refinery using two routes – from the sea and from the land, Ukrtransnafta Chairman Oleksandr Lazorko said.
"We've proposed two options – via the Pivdenny maritime oil terminal for Azeri Light crude oil, or via the Kremenchuk-Odessa pipeline for Urals oil. Now they're deciding," he said.
