KIEV, April 1 - Crude oil transit shipments through Ukraine bound for Europe decreased by 10.7%, or by 288,0000 tons in January and February 2013 year-over-year, to 2.399 million tons.

According to the country's Energy and Coal Industry Ministry, oil imports to Ukraine plunged by 6.9 times (by 652,000 tons) year-over-year, to 111,400 tons in January and February.
