KIEV, March 28 – Prime Minister Mykola Azarov on Thursday ruled out a hike in natural gas prices for households, a key demand from the International Monetary Fund for resumption of lending.

Azarov said Ukraine would rather continue talks with Russia seeking lowering gas prices even though the last three years had failed to yield any results.
