MOSCOW, Oct. 26 ??“ Fitch Ratings has affirmed Naftogaz Ukrayiny??™s senior unsecured foreign currency and local currency ratings at 'BB-' (BB minus). The outlook is Stable. At the same time, the agency has also affirmed the 'BB-' (BB minus) rating of Naftogaz's $500 mln loan participations notes maturing in 2009, the agency said in a statement.

The stable outlook foresees continued stability in Ukraine's macroeconomic environment, which benefits Naftogaz.
