KIEV, March 22 – It is unlikely that the World Trade Organization and European Union will respond with sanctions to the introduction of special duties on imports of cars with 1-2.2 liter engines by Ukraine, will introduce sanctions, according to Nick Reilly, former head of General Motors Europe.

"I don't expect that the WTO and EU will introduce sanctions. Measures to support national production, which had suffered, are foreseen in the WTO regulations, so I don’t expect that any sanctions will be introduced," he said.
