KIEV, March 21 - Ukrainian citizens are almost evenly divided over the prospects for joining the Customs Union formed by Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan and signing an Association Agreement with the European Union.
A survey, conducted by Kiev International Institute of Sociology from February 23 to March 11, shows that 41% of respondents want Ukraine to enter the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space today, 39% support the signing of the Association Agreement with the EU, and 19% of those polled are undecided.
