KIEV, March 19 – The Energy and Coal Industry Ministry in March plans in March to submit its vision of the possible introduction of duties on imports of fuel from Belarus to the cabinet, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Eduard Stavytsky said.

"I expect that by the end of March we'll draw up and submit all the proposals, which we consider appropriate on the decision [to introduce fuel imports duties], to the cabinet," he said at a press conference in Kiev on Monday.
