KIEV, March 19 - The Odessa oil refinery will resume work on March 29, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Eduard Stavytsky said.

"The formal launch of operations at the Odessa oil refinery is scheduled for March 29," the minister said. He did not specify possible crude supply routes for the refinery.

"We have the technical ability to supply oil to the refinery by sea, as well as by land transport corridors. The contractual element is now being worked out with the owners in regard to the optimal system for supplying crude oil for subsequent refining," Stavytsky said.
