KIEV, March 19 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny will announce a repeat tender to buy two semi-submersible floating drilling rigs, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Eduard Stavytsky said on Monday.

"In the near term we'll hold a new tender," he said.

On March 12, Keppel Fels announced that the contract worth $1.226 billion with Naftogaz Ukrayiny for the two rigs had lost force, as several terms had not been fulfilled within the established timeframe.
