KIEV, March 18 – The restoration of operations of AeroSvit Airline at present depends on court proceedings linked to the company's bankruptcy procedure, the head of the company's supervisory board, Gregory Gurtovoy, said at a press conference in Kiev.

"The company applied to the court to protect itself from creditors, and the company has a clear plan how to retain jobs and operation. All the actions happened after this aim at not allowing AeroSvit to restore its operation. The court rulings which suspended the procedure are absolutely unclear for us," he said.
