KIEV, March 13 – The territorial state labor inspectorate in Kiev region, after checking complaints from the trade unions of AeroSvit Airline, in 2012 held the head of the airline administratively liable for six labor law violations, the Prosecutor General's Office in Kiev region reported.

The press service said that at present the issue of convicting him of a criminal offence is being decided.

"The Prosecutor General's Office has attracted specialists of the territorial state labor inspectorate in Kiev region, the state financial inspectorate in Kiev region and the department of the Pension Fund in Boryspil and Boryspil district to check facts of mass dismissals of employees and non-payment of wages. In the near term, the legal assessment of actions of officials who are guilty in violation of labor rights of the airline's employees will be presented," the Prosecutor General's Office said.
