KIEV, March 12 – The entry into force of the law introducing a ban on smoking in Ukrainian restaurants has led to a reduction in the number of visitors by 15-20%, according to Yevhen Rezuyev, director general of the Mafia Italian and Japanese cuisine restaurant chain.
"If we talk about trends and what is happening now in the market as a whole, in particular, the number one fact is obvious: the smoking ban had a significant influence on all restaurateurs. We see a decline in the market for visitors at 15-20%," he told reporters.
