KIEV, March 13 – AeroSvit Airline said that it is pointless to attract investment to resume regular long-haul flights due to court rulings against it, and the airline does not rule out that a bigger reduction of personnel than foreseen in the restructuring program could occur.
The airline told Interfax-Ukraine that the ruling of the economic court of appeals in Kiev on the stoppage of procedures launched earlier by the courts, including the preparation of the airline for its readjustment and bringing it out of crisis, could result in the full stoppage of operation of AeroSvit and it being declared bankrupt.
