KIEV, March 11 – LNG Terminal has failed to raise a seven-year loan worth EUR 160 million, according to an announcement on the Ukrainian Public Procurements Web portal.
The state-run enterprise also failed to borrow EUR 61.946 million on another lot.
In both cases, LNG Terminal received fewer than two bids from potential lenders.
The enterprise also canceled a tender to hire a contractor for front-end engineering design and survey services under the LNG Ukraine national project for the creation of LNG supply infrastructure in Ukraine. The deadline for bids has been extended several times, and in the end it was cancelled due to "no longer need to buy commodities, works, and services."
