In Ukraine, wind energy projects with a total capacity of 4 GW are ready for implementation, but they are delayed, primarily due to debts to investors in renewable energy sources and the lack of insurance against war risks, noted Andriy Konechenkov, Chairman of the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association.
