The law on the Roam-Like-At-Home (RLAH) zone with the EU has come into force but has not yet been implemented because the decision to grant Ukraine the EU internal market regime for roaming has not been made, reported the National Commission for the State Regulation of Electronic Communications, Radiofrequency Spectrum and the Provision of Postal Services (NCEC) on Thursday.
