The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and OKKO at the reconstruction conference in Berlin signed a loan agreement in the amount of EUR 60 million for the construction of a new bioethanol production plant in Ukraine. The loan is accompanied by a financial guarantee from the European Union, provided as part of the investment component of the Ukraine Facility (Pillar II) program.
