In 2024, DTEK Energy will invest almost UAH 4 billion in repairs and restoration of thermal power plants damaged as a result of massive attacks on the energy sector in the last three months. DTEK Energy CEO Ildar Saleev said that due to Russian shelling, 9.2 GW of generating capacity was lost in the energy system, more than 80% of DTEK thermal power plants were damaged or destroyed.
