KIEV, Oct. 24 ??“ A U.S. company is seeking damages it said it incurred as a result of today??™s Kryvorizhstal tender.

A suit filed recently by Addox, a U.S. corporation, with the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of New York, sought to block the tender and recover damages in the event the tender was held, the Investment-Metallurgical Union (IMU) said in a press release carried by Interfax-Ukraine.
