KIEV, Feb. 25 – Shareholders of Donetsksteel metallurgical plant and Pokrovske coal mine, which are part of the Donetsksteel group, have decided at their general meetings to issue eurobonds worth up to $500 million.

The stockholders voted in favor of issuing eurobonds, , the head of the group's IR department, has told Interfax-Ukraine.

"The meetings supported the [eurobond issue] prospectus in the proposed wording, without making any amendments," said company spokesman Oleh Kozhushok.
