KIEV, Feb. 15 – Regions Party MP Oleksandr Onyschenko has become the owner of FC Arsenal Kiev, the MP's press service reported.

"The formalities on the transfer of the rights to FC Arsenal to MP Onyschenko were completed today. It's still necessary to agree on some documentary matters, and lawyers are currently engaged in this," the press service told Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.

The club moved to the new owner with $5.5 million in salary arrears as of January 1, 2013.
